Vehicle location cannot be accessed

Ensure that the car's GPS positioning service is enabled. Follow these steps to activate the service from the settings menu:

1. Access Settings: Open the settings menu on your car's infotainment system.
2. Enable GPS Positioning: Locate and select the option to enable the GPS positioning service.

If that doesn't resolve the issue or you don't see those menu items, we recommend contacting Mini customer support.
