Your Enphase battery is not currently configured to restrict battery discharge. This setting is required to prevent the battery from discharging while it is being controlled to charge.
Contact your installer to enable Restrict battery discharge for your system. You can find installer contact details in the Enphase app under Menu > System > Site Details.
