Currently, your Enphase battery does not support charging from the grid. Without grid charging, your battery is unable to charge when there is no solar production.
The availability of the "charge from grid" functionality depends on various factors. We recommend contacting your installer to determine if your battery can be configured to import energy from the grid for battery charging.
