Activate Remote Control Access for user to enable remote control

To control charging for the vehicle, you need to enable "Remote Control Access". To activate this in the MyMazda app follow these steps:

1. Open the menu from the top right corner of the app
2. Find and select MyMazda
3. Find and select My Vehicle
4. Navigate to the Drivers tab
5. Select the user whose credentials was used to link the vehicle
6. Find and enable Remote Control Access

If you are not able to enable Remote Control Access make sure you are logged in as the primary driver then follow the steps above again. You can see who the primary driver is from the Drivers tab.
