- Description
Your charger's authentication has been changed away from Zaptec, which prevents your charger from being managed remotely.
To restore the connection, set the authentication back to Zaptec in the Zaptec portal:
- Log in to the Zaptec portal.
- Open your Installation.
- Go to Settings, then Authentication.
- Select Zaptec.
Once saved, your charger can be managed remotely again.
