Enable Powerwall's "Energy Exports" setting to export to the grid

Your Powerwall is currently missing the Energy Exports setting that will allow it to export. To add this setting:

1. Ensure that your electricity provider allows you to export energy to the grid. This is often covered during battery installation, or you can always check with your provider directly.
2. Contact Tesla support and ask them to enable Energy Exports for your Powerwall. (Energy Exports may be disabled by default for your specific Powerwall even if your electricity provider allows energy exports)
