Enable Powerwall's setting "Permission to Export" to export to the grid.

Your Powerwall is currently missing the setting Permission to Export to be able to export to the grid. To help enable this setting

1. Ensure that your electricity provider approves your system to export (often called "Permission to Operate" or PTO)
2. Contact Tesla and request them to enable the setting Permission to Export for your Powerwall. (Permission to Export may be disabled by default for your specific Powerwall even if your electricity provider allows energy exports)
