Before reporting an issueMany problems about devices can be researched and solved from Asset View. From there, you'll see a device's latest status, recent history, and open issues like interventions.
If you still need help, please report issues from the Asset View directly. Doing so will save you time and automatically attach relevant IDs and other metadata that will allow us to respond faster.
To access the Asset View, head to your dashboard and search for an asset with Find by ID.
