Vendor Rate Limited

The manufacturer's API is rate limiting Enode's requests for this user or asset. This usually clears on its own; retry later, ideally with backoff. If a Retry-After header is present, wait at least that long.

This is distinct from Rate Limited, where Enode is rate limiting your requests.
