Insights
Insights is your home for understanding integration performance. It gives you a clear, high-level view of your connected assets — showing how your integration is growing, where issues may be impacting performance, and how your setup compares over time.
You’ll find aggregated connection data paired with expert guidance from the Enode team, helping you interpret trends, spot problems early, and make confident decisions about what to improve next.
With Insights, you can:
- View weekly trends across connection growth, mix, and intervention patterns
- Pin your most relevant metrics for quick check-ins
- Drill into detailed views to investigate specific changes
- Access expert guidance to support prioritization and decision-making

To get started, go to your Enode dashboard, select your production client, and click on the Insights section in the left-hand menu.

The Insights Overview is your home for high-level integration performance trends. Insights are grouped into three categories:
- Connection Growth: Understand how your integration is scaling
- Connections: See how your connections break down by vendor and asset type
- Interventions: Detect and assess connection-related issues
Each insight shows data for this week, compared to last week, to help you quickly identify changes in performance.

You can pin your most valuable insights to the top of the Overview:
- Hover over an insight
- Click the pin icon
This helps you focus on the metrics that matter most to your team.

Clicking an insight takes you to a detailed view where you can:
- Access interactive data visualizations
- Adjust the time range
- Filter by asset type or vendor
- Read expert context to guide your next steps
The guidance is based on Enode’s experience with hundreds of customer integrations and is updated regularly.
